Sam Martin
Sam is attending Yale University in the Fall of 2009 to play basketball.
Training at Premier Athlete has helped me as an athlete not only physically but mentally. The knock on me as a basketball player was always that I was not the best athlete, but my skill level was fine. Once I started training at Premier Athlete I physically became a better athlete, and mentally became more confident in my abilities. The training staff works very closely with you
to bring the best out of you in each session to maximize your potential. They care about you; it is a good group of people.
I will be playing basketball at Yale University and I owe a bunch of people for helping me along the way, some of those people are definitely at Premier Athlete.
