Program: Division 1
Description: For all high school or college athletes wanting to enhance their speed, power, agility, flexibility, and overall conditioning. This program improves the physical quality of an athlete`s performance, while building a level of confidence that contributes to greater success. Each workout lasts 80 minutes which includes a dynamic warm-up, speed instruction, core workout, flexibility training and a resistance training program that is sport specific.
Ages: 15-18+
Class Size: Up to 8 athletes per session. Class size limited to 8 athletes in order for certified coaches to give equal and appropriate instruction to every athlete.
