Program: Division 2
Description: For all junior high/middle school athletes wanting to enhance their speed, power, agility, flexibility and overall conditioning. This program improves the physical quality of an athlete`s performance and builds self confidence. Workouts include a dynamic warm-up, speed and agility instruction and core workout. At this age level, the last portion of our class is spent in the weight room introducing proper lifting technique with light resistance training that is sport specific.
Ages: 12-15+
Class Size: Up to 8 athletes per session. Class size limited to 8 athletes in order for certified coaches to give equal and appropriate instruction to every athlete.
