Coach Moe comes to us with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. Moe has been working in collegiate athletics sport performance for the past 20 years. Coach Moe has a vast understanding of what it takes both physically and mentally to succeed in sport and compete at the highest level.
Performance Camp Overview:
Camp Designed to help athletes learn both basic and advanced concepts of strength training, speed development, and explosive power. Movement mechanics, linear and lateral speed/agility, athlete specific conditioning, core/torso development, along with rejuvenation/sleep & recovery strategies. No matter the camper’s sports, each training session is geared towards an athlete’s individual needs and goals! Along with training physical demands we aspire to improve, sessions will also be inclusive of mental toughness, competitiveness, improve confidence and communication, leadership, and more!!
