Premier Athlete Training offers 24hr access funtional fitness facility, infrared sauna, functional fitness classes, hybrid fitness classes, kick boxing, yoga, sports massage, cardio, nutrition window, high-speed treadmill, open turf, speed and agility, sport specific training, elite-level coaching staff, personal training, and group fitness, online programming, in school Strength and Conditioning services.
What ages and skill levels do you work with?
We work with kids from 2nd grade to middle school, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. We also offer adult fitness classes. We welcome anyone who is looking to work hard to reach their goals!
What are your prices?
We offer our General 24hr Gym membership pricing, we also offer group and personal training.

How do I become a member?
What times are available?
Gym membership is 24-hour and our group training times can be viewed on our schedule page. Each session lasts roughly one hour.
Do I need to have a set schedule?
No, your month starts on your first day of training and you can attend the sessions as you see fit each week according to the package you choose. It’s up to you to get your sessions in each week. You are never locked into any particular day or time.
Are you open any other times?
Yes, we often schedule team clinics, small group and 1-on-1’s by appointment any day or time of the week, including weekends. Additionally, a 24-hour gym membership is available.
Do I have to use the months consecutively?
No, you can freeze your contract for any reason and start it back up again at a later time.
Do you only do training at the facility?
No, we are available to come to you or your school for team clinics, small group or 1-on-1 training sessions.
How do I pay?
To become a member contact us. For all other services, you pay online via credit or debit card.
if I'm under the age of 18 can I train alone?
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Do you do sport specific training?
Yes, our group training regimen is designed to carry over to most sports and is the best of its kind. If you are looking for an even more in-depth sport specific training then personal training regimen 1-on-1 training is a good option to look into.
